Nine came and went!!!
Dont forget Bailey also turned another year older this year. With her starting a new school, playing soccer three times a week, dance once a week and doing the cache childrens theater on the weekend we ran out of times to do a party>>> Sorry Bai well be doing it big for 10. She tries to tell me she's pre-teen already.... PLEASE!!!!

Focusing on just a few months
Once again I returned to Texas to spend some time working. The kids headed off the the East . I truly believe that every day of summer vacation should be a vacation and so do their grandparents. They go to Maine to have lobseters, Connecticut to shop and hit six flags, then a month at the Lake house in vermont, swimming, fishing, waterskiing and no rules!!!! Chris spent his summer in Guatemala, Nicaragua; doing mercy missions with the Army. Then we all met in vermont and headed back together to Utah to try and start over , put the pieces together , once again.....
The words PRACTICALLY PERFECT make me gag

So for all of you avid bloggers I have once again dropped of the face of the blogging earth and now like the prodical "daughter " has returned.. How will I ever catch up on all the crap that has been going on? I read a little of my blog and I had returned last summer feeling a little lost; well here's a girl that is one year older and non the wiser. Rats....

Finally FIVE!!!

So birthdays are the biggest day of the year at our house. (I think I get this from my gma Slagle)... SO in our house this kid is tops!!! He loves everything pirate and lego and lego pirates!! We did a party at home on the big day, we celebrated at school, we went to dinner to Blue Bird (his fav. place to eat where he classicaly orders plain noodles???) and then this last Sat. we invited 15 little pirates to help finish off the festivities!!!
Halloween....

Life seems to go bye faster everyday.. My kids are sooo over me making them cutesy costumes. so this year I had a teenage mutant ninja turtle and a devil. We had so many parties the week of Halloween that by the time the actual day rolled around we were Halloweened out!! I planned the third grade party and Chris orchestrated the party all on his own. What a man!!
